Wonderful food and atmosphere. Loved it!

Small, upscale restaurant with excellent food. Little pricey but still reasonable for the quality of menu items.

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. My spouse and I have eaten at amazing restaurants all over the world and we would put Evangilines up against the best any day of the week. For every special occasion.... we go to Evangilines. The food is amazing, the drinks rock and the service is unbeatable. Thank you Charlsie for an amazing dinner!

Evangelines is a really great find in Tuscaloosa! Elegant ambiance, and a menu filled with amazing options, especially if you like seafood. Crab cake was one of the best we've had and both the scallop entree and shrimp and grits were delicious and perfectly prepared. Wine list has some good options, and if I'm being picky, could use some additional French or Italian options. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was our first time there and our server Jasmine was kind enough to send us home with a complimentary dessert!

Wonderful food, excellent staff, and beautiful atmosphere! My husband & I went for our anniversary and they gave us glasses of champagne with strawberries in them. We also requested a more private table at the last minute and they seated us in a lovely corner away from everyone else. It was very romantic! We both loved our meals & we've literally spent more at Outback (for a comparable amount of food). Our new favorite date spot!

This is really simple.... The food and service at Evangelines is always excellent. Easy to recommend this restaurant to anyone, anytime.
